Sitework and Central Utility Plant – At the Central Utility Plant (CUP), FDNY inspection is scheduled for the end of this period. The last remaining façade panels are scheduled to be delivered and installed. Additionally, the green roof system on the CUP will be prepped for installation following the removal of the Residential Building overhead protection. Concrete work at the Outdoor Classroom on the east side of the Bridge continues. Footings and rough grade between the Bridge and Residential Building is underway.The Campus Lawn area is being cleared and prepped for horticultural soils that should begin by the end of the period. Pathway curb edging and trench drains will begin at Campus Lawn and on the south side of the Bridge. 

Co-Location Building – Soffit work on the exterior continues at the Bridge. Replacement glass panels are being installed in this period. Vertical gutters at the west atrium will be installed during this period. Fit out of the Cornell Tech space continues. MEP work on all floors is ongoing. Photovoltaic struts and panel installation is underway on the roof. 

Residential Building – At the Residential Building, storefront work continues. The last remaining façade panels in the hoist way will be placed towards the end of this period. Fitout and finishes continue on all floors and includes plumbing work in apartments i.e. dishwasher connections, bathroom facilities in apartments.

Bloomberg Center – Soffit work and roofing continue on the exterior of the Bloomberg Center. Curved glass panel installation is underway at Stair 5. Interior framing and MEP work continues on all floors.

Sitework and Central Utility Plant – Testing, Inspections, and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems are ongoing at the Central Utility Plant (CUP). For site work, grading of the interim landscape continues in the phase 2 area of campus. Barging of horticultural soils will continue through the end of this period. Backfilling will commence behind the Bloomberg Center Café Terrace retaining wall. The recreation terrace and stair on the south side of the Bridge will be formed and prepped for pouring in this period. The Granite Paver concrete base slab at the “Gateway” will be prepped and poured in this period. Sidewalk installation continues on the South Road in this period. 

Co-Location Building – Waterproof membrane installation will begin on the southern part of the west terrace. Glass on the first floor will be installed at the hoist location. Soffit work is ongoing on the two main cantilevers. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough in continues throughout the building as does interior framing. Drywall installation continues throughout the building. 

Residential Building – At the Residential Building, installation of the façade panels in the hoistway continues. Shoemolding installation will begin on floors 17 and 18.  Wood floor installation will continue on floors 21 and 22 and begin on 23. Storefront work continues. 

Bloomberg Center – Soffit work and roofing continue on the exterior of the Bloomberg Center. Additional exterior work will include the installation of panels at the load in area on the west side. Interior framing and MEP work continues on all floors.

Co-Location Building –Soffit work is ongoing on the two main cantilevers. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough in continues throughout the building as does interior framing. Drywall installation is underway and will continue throughout the building. 

Residential Building – At the Residential Building, installation of the façade panels in the hoistway will commence. Shoemolding installation will begin on floors 14 through 16. Wood floor installation is ongoing in floors 21 and 22. Storefront work continues. 

Bloomberg Center – Soffit work and roofing continue on the exterior of the Bloomberg Center. Additional exterior work includes prepping of all cantilevered terraces for waterproofing and the installation of anchors at Stair 5 in preparation for glass façade installation. Interior framing and MEP work continues on all floors.

Sitework and Central Utility Plant – At the Central Utility Plant (CUP), base flashing will be installed on the west façade. Additional exterior work will include the installation of the final metal façade panels on the north façade. For site work, grading of the interim landscape continues in the phase 2 area of campus. In the second week of the period, horticultural soils will be barged in and installed in the phase 2 area. The retaining wall at the southwest corner of the Bloomberg Center will be poured during this period. Precast seatwall foundation installation on the west side of the Bridge (Co-Location Building) continues concurrently with other underground infrastructure in the area. Sidewalk installation will begin along the west road towards the end of the period. 

Co-Location Building – With the hoist way removed, final façade curtain wall installation will begin in this period.  Glass panel installation will be complete within the period and caulking and final trim will continue into February. Soffit work is ongoing on the two main cantilevers. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough in continues throughout the building as does interior framing. Drywall installation is underway and will continue throughout the building. 

Residential Building – At the Residential Building, the loading dock will be removed in this period as façade panel installation at the hoist way area commences. Base and trim work is underway on the 25th floor. Shoemolding installation will begin on floors 10 through 13. Wood floor installation is ongoing in floors 17 through 20. Storefront work continues. 

Bloomberg Center – Soffit work and roofing continue on the exterior of the Bloomberg Center. Additional exterior work includes prepping of all cantilevered terraces for waterproofing and the installation of anchors at Stair 5 in preparation for glass façade installation. Interior framing and MEP work continues on all floors.  

Sitework and Central Utility Plant – For site work, grading of the interim landscape continues in the phase 2 area of campus. Retaining wall rebar and formwork continues at the southwest corner of the Bloomberg Center. Pending review and acceptance of a mockup by the Design Team, the wall likely will be completed by the end of the period. Precast seatwall installation on the west side of the Bridge (Co-Location Building) is underway and work in this area will be continue into January of 2017. Sidewalk installation continues along East Loop Road. 

Geothermal – HVAC system commissioning is ongoing and work continues on the BMS controls interface. 

Co-Location Building –Soffit work is ongoing on the two main cantilevers. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough in continues throughout the building as does interior framing.  Elevator work is ongoing and is nearing completion. The construction hoist will be demobilized and fill in glass curtain wall work will commence towards the end of this period. Drywall installation is underway and will continue throughout the building. 

Residential Building – At the Residential Building, the elevator hoist will be demobilized in the beginning of this period. Once removed, the remaining façade panels will be installed and caulking complete on the south façade. Cabinets will be installed on floors 24 and 25. Wood floor installation will begin on floors 17 through 19. Shoemolding will commence on floors 5 through 8. Installation of the storefront (glass and metal frame) will continue through this period. 

Bloomberg Center – Soffit work and roofing continue on the exterior of the Bloomberg Center. Interior framing and MEP work continues on all floors. Painting of steel at Stair 5 is underway and will be complete in this period.

 

Sitework and Central Utility Plant – For site work, grading of the interim landscape continues in the phase 2 area of campus. Retaining wall rebar and formwork continues at the southwest corner of the Bloomberg Center. Precast seatwall installation at the Northwest Corner (Gateway) is underway and will be complete in this period. Sidewalk installation continues along East Loop Road. 

Geothermal – HVAC system commissioning is ongoing and work continues on the BMS controls interface. 

Co-Location Building –Soffit work is ongoing on the two main cantilevers. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough in continues throughout the building as does interior framing. Elevator work is ongoing and is nearing completion. Inspection for the elevator is scheduled to occur by the end of the period. Once approved, the construction hoist will be demobilized and fill in glass curtain wall work will commence.  Drywall installation is underway and will continue throughout the building. 

Residential Building – At the Residential Building, caulking on the south face will continue into December. Waterproofing work on the 26th and 27th floors will continue in this period. Cabinets will be installed on floors 21 through 23. Wood floor installation will begin on floors 13 through 16.  Installation of the storefront (glass and metal frame) will continue through this period. 

Bloomberg Center – Soffit work and roofing continue on the exterior of the Bloomberg Center. Interior framing and MEP work continues on all floors.

Roadwork and Central Utility Plant – At the Central Utility Plant (CUP) roof paver installation is underway. And coping on the west and north elevation will be complete in the beginning of this period. Exterior doors will be installed on the north façade. Finish work and commissioning continues on the interior and with the CUP MEP systems. For site work, grading of the interim landscape continues in the phase 2 area of campus. Retaining wall rebar and formwork continues at the southwest corner of the Bloomberg Center. Precast seatwall preparation will begin in the second week of the period. Sidewalk installation continues along East Loop Road. 

Geothermal – HVAC system commissioning is ongoing and work continues on the BMS controls interface.  

Co-Location Building –Soffit work is ongoing on the two main cantilevers. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough in continues throughout the building as does interior framing. Drywall installation is underway and will continue throughout the building. Waterproofing of the garage roof deck will occur in this period concurrent with layout and installation of dowels for precast seatwall footing connections.

Residential Building – At the Residential Building, caulking on the south face will continue into December. Waterproofing will be installed on the 26th and 27th floors. Cabinets will be installed on floors 17 through 20.  Wood floor installation will begin on floors 10 through 13. Installation of the storefront (glass and metal frame) will begin in this period. 

Bloomberg Center – Soffit work and roofing continue on the exterior of the Bloomberg Center. Interior framing and MEP work continues on all floors.

Roadwork and Central Utility Plant – Coping will be installed on the west and north elevations of the Central Utility Plant (CUP) in the first week of this period. Panel installation will continue through this period as well. Sidewalk work will continue on East Loop Road moving to the south. Phase 2 area grading continues throughout this period. Retaining wall footings in the southwest corner of the Bloomberg Center will see installation of formwork and rebar in the first week of this period and will be poured in the second week. Bio-infiltration and filtration zones will be constructed beginning in the first week of the period. Concurrently, site electrical conduit installation will commence in the same area at the end of the second week of the period. 

Geothermal – HVAC system commissioning is ongoing and work continues on the BMS controls interface. 

Co-Location Building –Soffit work is ongoing on the two main cantilevers. Roofing is underway and will continue through November.  Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough in continues throughout the building as does interior framing. Drywall installation is underway and will continue throughout the building.    

Residential Building – At the Residential Building, caulking on the south face will continue through this period. Air barrier installation is ongoing on multiple floors. Installation of the roofing main barrier is ongoing. Framing apartments continues on the upper floors and drywall installation is following closely behind. Cabinets will be installed on floors 14, 15, 16, and 17 throughout the two week period.

Bloomberg Center – Façade panel installation will be complete on the north side of the building in the second week of the period. Work at Stair 5 continues as the framing connections for the window system are being installed. Soffit work along the exterior façade is also underway.  Roofing installation on the main section of the roof is ongoing.

Roadwork and Central Utility Plant – Installation of Foam Glass on the exterior masonry of the Central Utility Plant (CUP) will continue through this period. Pavers in the equipment maintenance area on the CUP roof are being installed through this period. The stainless steel façade panels for the north face will be installed in this period and continue through the end of the month. Concrete curb and sidewalk installation continues on the south side of the South Loop Road. Curb work on the East Road will be complete in the beginning of this period. Stormwater filtration and bioinfiltration systems at the Bridge (CoLo) and the Residential Building will be completed in this period. Excavation for the Bloomberg Café Terrace retaining wall will continue through this period. Forming of the wall and installation of rebar will begin towards the end of this period. Grading of landforms in Phase 2 is ongoing.   

Geothermal – The heating components of the geothermal system will be turned on and testing will begin in the second week of the period.  Commissioning is scheduled to continue through October.

Co-Location Building – Glass curtain wall continues to be installed on the east and west sides of the building. Soffit work is ongoing on the two main cantilevers. Roofing is underway and will continue through November. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough in continues throughout the building as does interior framing. Drywall installation is underway and will continue throughout the building.    

Residential Building – At the Residential Building, caulking on the north and east face is nearing completion and punchlist for same is underway. Air barrier installation is ongoing on multiple floors. Installation of the roofing main barrier is ongoing. Framing apartments continues on the upper floors and drywall installation is following closely behind.

Bloomberg Center – Halo (PV level) Façade panel installation will move to the east side of the building in the second week of this period. Work at Stair 5 continues as the framing connections for the window system are being installed. Soffit work along the exterior façade is also underway.  Roofing installation on the main section of the roof is ongoing.

Geothermal – Flushing of the geothermal piping system will commence during this period as the geothermal system begins to come on line in the coming weeks. Commissioning is scheduled to continue through October.

Co-Location Building – Glass curtain wall continues to be installed on the east and west sides of the building. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) rough in continues throughout the building as does interior framing. Drywall installation is underway and will continue throughout the building. The vapor barrier on the roof continues to be installed.  

Residential Building – At the Residential Building, caulking on the north and east face is ongoing. Air barrier installation is ongoing on multiple floors.  Installation of the roofing main barrier is ongoing. Framing apartments continues on the upper floors and drywall installation is following closely behind.

Bloomberg Center – Halo (PV level) Façade panel installation will continue on the west side of the building in the first week of the period and move to the north façade in the second week of the period. Additional work on the exterior includes welding of clips on Stair 5 in order to receive panels and glass. Soffit work along the exterior façade is also underway.  Roofing installation on the main section of the roof is ongoing.
